What happens when two people interact – not just as humans – but as augmented thinkers, each accompanied by an invisible AI co-mind? In a world increasingly shaped by AI companions, copilots, and advisors, our once two-mind relationships (teacher-student, doctor-patient, colleague-colleague, partner-partner) are becoming entanglements between four minds: yours, mine, and our respective machines.

This interactive session introduces the emerging concept of "Between Four Minds," a framework for understanding how AI mediates, reshapes, and even complicates human-to-human dynamics. We’ll explore its implications for education, where students and teachers are no longer isolated thinkers, but hybrid minds – relying on AI for writing, feedback, tutoring, and even emotional regulation.

Through discussion, practical scenarios, and audience reflection, we’ll consider: How do we navigate this new terrain ethically and relationally? What does “authentic” human connection look like when AI is always in the room? Participants will leave with new language, fresh questions, and space to co-construct this evolving framework together.
