Kasey Fernandez (she/they), District Library Media Specialist for Tigard Tualatin School District, leads the dynamic Library Services team within the Department of Teaching and Learning. Bridging local needs with a global information landscape, the team empowers students through books, technology, research, and STE(A)M kits, while nurturing art literacy and fostering a sense of interconnectedness and collective responsibility. From classroom to community, the focus remains: championing libraries, technology, and creativity.
